- Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees
- Prepare and submit invoices to clients for payment

- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Generate financial reports using accounting software (Xero, Sage, QuickBooks)
- Support the preparation of tax returns and other financial documents

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software (Xero, Sage, QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
