**Your responsibilities**:

- Cut and polish aluminum samples.
- Analyze samples under a microscope and write technical reports.
- Provide training to clients for sampling and analysis of results.
- Perform duties in accordance with established standards, instructions, work processes, policies, and procedures in place.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Your background**:

- College diploma in metallurgy or other relevant experience/degree.
- ~1 year of relevant experience in customer service.
- Excellent knowledge of English and French (written and spoken).
- English is required as this position will service internal and external clients from other provinces.
