**Position Summary**:
We are looking to hire multiple hands-on Production Assembler_s_, who would be responsible for assembling, _testing, and packaging_ all electronic parts in Photon’s high-tech, fast-paced environment. This position is also _collectively responsible_ for compliance to Environment Health & Safety, On-Time Delivery, Productivity and Efficiency of our Operations.
- _Monday - Friday (8Hrs/Day) 7:30am to 4pm_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manually assemble electronic components, including complex and accurate parts
- Perform hand soldering and test, mixed assemblies, and custom parts
- Do final assembly and/or pack and ship as required
- Mechanical assembly as required
- Conduct repair/touch-up/modifications on the products as required
- Able to work on different aspects of manufacturing operations
- Participate in training and certification programs to ensure job knowledge and skills set
- Participate in all team-level quality improvement initiatives, 6S, and safety procedures

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment required
- Knowledge of standards in electronic components handling in a cleanroom environment required
- Ability to Read & Understand technical assembly instructions and drawings
- Hands-on manufacturing skills such as manual soldering
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Basic understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles
