We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Childcare Kitchen Staff / Housekeeper to join our team on a temporary basis for maternity leave coverage. This role is essential in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our childcare facility and providing nutritious meals in compliance with TPH, MOE, and CCEYA regulations. Work hours are between 8am to 6pm.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for children, adhering to dietary guidelines and meal plans.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with TPH regulations.
- Follow food safety practices, including proper storage, handling, and preparation of food.
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all areas of the childcare facility.
- Ensure all restrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Manage and replenish kitchen and cleaning supplies, ensuring stock is adequately maintained.
- Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately, following environmental and safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with MOE and CCEYA standards.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, food inventory, and safety inspections.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or housekeeping role, preferably in a childcare setting.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, particularly TPH guidelines.
- Ability to follow MOE and CCEYA regulations and standards.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically capable of performing housekeeping and kitchen tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Standard First Aid & CPR Level C Certificate
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Check
- Valid Food Handlers Certificate
