- 2+ years experience in Estates Administration
- Certification in Estates/Trust Administration.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assumes of role of estates administration and navigation upon notice by member or member’s family.
- Meets with member and ensures that documentation is in keeping with regulatory requirements.
- Provides estate kit to member to assist with next steps and requirements.
- Obtain, validate and maintain required estate, trust and POA documentation.
- Preparation of appropriate documentation for regulatory, tax, legal and government agencies and related documents on behalf of estates, trusts and POAs
- Managing the day-to-day estate and trust administration including beneficiary communications, bill payments and disbursements
- Preparation of appropriate documentation for regulatory, tax, legal and government agencies and related documents on behalf of estates, trusts and POAs
- Refers members to the Financial Wellness Advisors when and where appropriate.
- Knowledge expert to facilitate Estate processing.

**Salary**: From $27.40 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
