As a skilled Garage Foreman, you will ensure our vehicle fleet runs smoothly. You will coordinate repairs, schedule maintenance, and generate work orders using computerized systems. Monitoring mechanics, overseeing repairs, and providing guidance will showcase your attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Your diagnostic skills will shine as you tackle complex repairs, keeping our vehicles operational and minimizing downtime, thus ensuring seamless operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Schedule repairs in garage
- Review Preventive Maintenance lists and assure on time servicing
- Generate R.W.O. from WEB Fleet Assistance (Computer System)
- Maintain high productivity of mechanics
- Supervise repair process and consult with mechanics on best practices
- Diagnose repairs
- Maintain low level of vehicles out of service

**Qualifications**
- Exemplifies and consistently demonstrates our core competencies of communication, innovation, change management, relationship building and leadership
- Mechanical experience
- Licensed - truck and trailer
- Computer technology skills
- Diagnostic skills
- Driving and vehicle performance skills
