**POSITION AVAILABLE**: PART-TIME DIETARY AIDE.

EVERY OTHER WEEKEND - 1:30PM - 8:30PM

**IF YOU CAN NOT WORK THESE SHIFTS, DO NOT APPLY**

There will be options to work other days and shifts when staff go on vacation or call in for sick days

***:
Responsible for the portioning of food, delivery and service of meals to residents and the washing of dishes and cleanliness and tidiness of the dining rooms, servery and equipment in accordance with the standards and regulations as specified by the Ministry of Health.

**QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
**BE ENROLLED OR HAVE COMPLETED THE FOOD SERVICE WORKERS CERTIFICATE COURSE. (THIS IS A MUST FOR long Term Care)**

Have valid food handler

Have minimum high school diploma or equivalent

Good communication skills.

Willingness to learn

Demonstrate the ability to work with seniors within Mariann Home Mission and

Have experience in Long Term Care food preparation and service.

Ability and willingness to upgrade skills as required.

Must be in good physical health and able to lift 40lbs

Must be free from communicable disease.

Must be fully vaccinated with booster as well

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 6.5 per week

Pay: From $17.39 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

COVID-19 considerations:
rapid testing every shift and PCR 1 time a week

**Experience**:
