Groupe Marcelle is looking for a Coordinator, Quality Assurance for a temporary (12 months) full-time position.

Reporting to Manager, Quality Assurance and Quality Control, the Coordinator, Quality Assurance is responsible for ensuring compliance with standards and good manufacturing practices within the establishment. She/he is also responsible for the management of the Quality System to comply with the requirements of the applicable regulations in force and for the implementation of the QMS Process (Quality Management System).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
- Manage Quality processes such as: Non-Compliance, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Deviation.
- Participate in investigations and surveys related to these processes.
- Create and/or manage the different Quality Assurance processes in Moovapps software.
- Write and/or participate in the validation of Quality Assurance processes in Moovapps.
- Train users and provide technical support on Moovapps, if required.
- Perform and follow up on internal and external audits.
- Collaborate on regulatory audits and deploy corrective action plans.
- Support the production departments.
- Write procedures and annexes, deploy them and make the necessary revisions.
- Participate in the training program.
- Participate in the updating of key performance indicators (KPI).
- Assist in various projects related to QA/QC.
- Evaluate various trends in quality systems.

WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE
- Bachelor's degree or DEP in quality assurance or any other related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field or in the quality assurance process.
- Very good knowledge of GMP, GMP and Canadian, European and American regulations.
- Good computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, etc.

AND IF YOU ARE
- Bilingual, French and English, as the person will be working with documentation from both the United States and Europe.
- Well organized and responsible.
- Good at working in a team environment.
- Good at taking initiative, good judgment and good objective and relational approach.
- Good with analytics.
