**Job Description**:

- Scanning and filling of parts certifications;
- Price confirmation of repair quotes in AS400;
- Scanning and filling of shipping documents;
- Scanning and filling of repair documents;
- Manual packing slip validation and filling to the software;
- Taking care of shelf-life expired parts;
- Dispose of expired parts;
- Picking parts and filing requisitions.

**Qualifications**:

- High School diploma or equivalent experience;
- Experience in aeronautics is considered an asset;
- Bilingualism (French and English spoken and written);
- Demonstrated computer skills and ability to use MS Office software’s (Word, Excel);
- Ability to easily learn new software and do internet research;
- Ability to perform calculations;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
- Good organizational skills and attention to details;
- Autonomy, initiative and ability for teamwork;
- Ability to obtain the Controlled Goods Authorization.
