Kumon Assistant/marker

Kumon Math and Reading Centre of Duncan-Cowichan is an educational support company providing enrichment and remedial programming in math and reading.

The students range in age from pre kindergarten to grade 12. All work is marked by staff and then corrected by the students to 100 percent. Markers must also be able to sometimes interact with students who need clarification for corrections.

**Job description**

Marking assignments and corrections from prekindergarten through grade 12 in both math and reading.

Basic math skills are necessary to explain issues to students. Marking books are provided onsite.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
