**PROJECT COORDINATOR**

Hosted Advantage Services Ltd. is an Information Technology Services firm based out of Vancouver, British Columbia. Founded in 2010, Hosted Advantage has become a major provider of IT consulting to the Canadian media and entertainment industry. Hosted Advantage continues to grow and expand its Information Technology consulting services to the corporate, government and SMB markets within Canada.

**Summary**

Hosted Advantage is looking for a Project Coordinator to work with our IT Operations and Facilities teams. In this role you will be responsible for the daily maintenance, input and reporting of team, company, and customer projects using JIRA as a project tracking tool.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Working with project teams to coordinate project needs and ensure on time delivery, documentation creation and maintenance for a variety of projects
- Managing communication with key stakeholders to ensure they are informed of adjusting plans, actions, risks, timelines and any relevant issues
- Managing and building relationships with multiple teams
- Analyzing project data for the production of necessary reporting
- Attend scoping meetings and capture action items and tasks to build project dependencies and timelines
- Attends and participates in customer scoping discussions and meetings
- Organize and help prepare projects presentation materials
- Responsibility for update and maintenance of project budget as required
- JIRA administration to produce project reports, tasks and timelines

**Skills and Experience**
- Customer obsessed with an understanding of the customer experience journey
- Basic understanding of IT Systems and datacenters
- Proficient in project tracking techniques and technologies (JIRA)
- Good understanding of creating and updating workflows, reports and timelines in JIRA
- Excellent coordination and organization
- Good understanding of IT systems including but not limited to physical servers
- Basic understanding of Virtualization especially VMWare
- Familiar with Windows and Linux based operating systems.
- Basic understanding of Networking devices and Firewalls (Fortinet) is advantageous
- Basic understanding of DAS, NAS and SAN is advantageous. In particular Isilon, Cohesity, Qumulo, Tintri and Pure Storage.
- Basic understanding of monitoring and ticketing systems (Solarwinds, Zabbix)
- Ability to follow and update specified policies and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced 24*7 environment with flexibility to work on-call, after-hours and weekends when needed

**Salary**: $62,000.00-$93,000.00 per year
