**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in food preparation tasks, such as prepping and making glazes, doughs, frying, etc.
- Measure and assemble ingredients according to recipes and portion control standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work well under pressure
- Proficient in basic food handling techniques, including proper storage, temperature control, and sanitation practices
