Groundskeeper

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine landscaping and gardening tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding, pruning, planting, and mulching
- Operate and maintain various equipment such as gas and electric powered mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hedge trimmers
- Transport equipment and materials using a truck and a small trailer
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions and follow health and safety protocols
- Report any issues or damages to the supervisor and ensure the sites are clean and tidy
- Occasional relaying of information between tenants and the Maintenance Supervisor

**Experience**:

- Class 7 driver's license and clean driving abstract; class 5 preferred
- 3-5 seasons of experience in landscaping or groundskeeping
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, also ability to work in most weather conditions expected of the Okanagan valley
- Attention to detail and quality of work
- Reliable, punctual, and respectful, a positive attitude is a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
