We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Manager for a new full-time opportunity in Edmonton. This role will be responsible for market analysis, marketing activities, channel relationships, media management and strategy development. Core Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and management of monthly, seasonal, annual marketing strategic and tactical plans, provide actionable insights to improve promotional performance and increase ROI.
2. Set up and optimize company website; supervise and determine promotional content (original text, images, and video) to increase the visibility.
3. Develop marketing programs and milestones and translate into operational actions, including planning activities and allocating resources, to achieve market share & profit growth objectives for the business.
4. Seek cooperation and maintain relations with promotional resources, utilize various platforms to drive customer engagement.
5. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online channels such as search engine marketing, search engine optimization, social media and display advertising.
6. Create spending plans and manage end to end marketing costs optimizing budgets & ROI.
7. Track the impact and performance of digital marketing, promotional campaigns and social data; timely devise plans to address changes if necessary.

Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum of 4-5 years in marketing management role, managing marketing campaigns and responding to market
3. Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
4. Exceptional advertising copywriting skills that capture attention and inspire action
5. Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
6. Adequate knowledge of web design fundamentals, web development, CRO and SEO
7. Excellent Microsoft Office skills

**Salary**: $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
