**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of venue operations, including event planning, scheduling, and execution
- Oversee staff members and ensure they are properly trained and motivated
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming events and attract new customers
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Prepare reports on venue performance, including revenue, attendance, and customer satisfaction

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, service, handling, or bartending is a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing an exceptional guest experience
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism

**Salary**: $38,820.08-$71,189.80 per year

- Secondary School (required)

- Hospitality: 3 years (required)
