**Position Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leverage design skills to create compelling content, from digital to print materials, that effectively communicates business concepts
- Take responsibility for the completion and updating of templates, conceptual designs, and layouts
- Adapt and enforce corporate brand standards while enhancing visual elements across multiple platforms and projects
- Provide design support for portal and website administration, as well as other marketing initiatives
- Manage and execute social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, leading content creation and campaign strategies
- Build and manage a comprehensive content library for future use across digital channels
- Work independently or collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, maintaining attention to detail at all stages of design work

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or college certificate in marketing, graphic design, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in the promotional industry
- Proficiency with graphic design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, including layout, typography, and design theory
- Expertise in digital marketing and social media platforms
- Ability to think both 2-dimensionally and 3-dimensionally
- Exceptional time management and priority management skills
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- A deep understanding of marketing principles and strategies, as well as A.I. technology

- Ability to adapt to brand style, tone, and standards, ensuring consistency across all materials
- Manage multiple brands, projects, and priorities effectively, while thriving both independently and within a team
- Drive the creation of presentations, layouts, and other materials that align with project solutions
- Lead the execution of social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Contribute to the development of a content library for future use

- Strong graphic layout skills for web, social media, printed material, and presentations
- Ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously, demonstrating urgency when required

- Develop presentations and layouts in line with project solutions, following guidance from senior team members
