- Définir, gérer et prioriser le carnet de produit (backlog) en collaboration avec le client et documenter les récits (user stories)
- Présenter et animer les rencontres de travail avec les clients pour mieux comprendre le domaine d'affaire et les différents besoins, faire le suivi du projet
- Accompagner le client dans l'élaboration de la portée du projet
- S'approprier les besoins du client, tout en ayant une vue d'ensemble sur les initiatives de développement de ceux-ci
- Maximiser la valeur d'affaires livrée au client et bien communiquer la vision, ses objectifs d'affaires et la portée du projet à l'équipe
- Prendre les décisions relatives au produit qui peuvent impacter la portée du projet
- Conseiller le client et proposer des solutions aux différents besoins et problèmes
- Maitriser les concepts Agiles (Scrum) et participer activement aux différentes cérémonies du scrum (planification du sprint, mêlée quotidienne, revue du sprint, etc.)
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de développement, analystes et toutes les parties prenantes
- Rédiger les rapports de suivi, gérer les demandes de changements et assurer la rentabilité des projets
- Communiquer de façon régulière aux parties prenantes et de façon transparente l'avancement de l'équipe à partir des données réelles du carnet de produit (product backlog)
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe.

Scolarité
- Diplôme universitaire en administration, informatique ou autre domaine pertinent Expérience
- Posséder au moins quatre (4) années d'expérience pertinente en tant que responsable de

produit (product owner) sur des projets de développement de plateforme web, de services web, des projets a multiples parties prenantes, des projets d'envergure avec développement en mode Agile/Scrum.

Compétences requises
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes
- Une connaissance approfondie du processus et des principes Agile
- Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles
- Excellentes aptitudes de communication et de présentation
- Un leadership influent et excellent esprit d'équipe
- Capacité à appréhender et à résoudre rapidement des problèmes complexes et à contribuer à la formulation de recommandations pertinentes
- Bonne compréhension des besoins des clients et communication à l'équipe de développement
- Bon sens de l'organisation et de la planification du travail

Connaissances requises
- Certification PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner)
- Habilités en gestion de projet
- Connaissance de la plateforme DevOps Azure
