Job Title: Hardscape Installer

Key Responsibilities:

- Install pavers and retaining walls according to design specifications
- Operate heavy machinery, including tracked buggies, excavators, and skid steers, to excavate and prepare hardscape installation sites
- Utilize hand and power tools to cut, shape, and install hardscape materials
- Maintain equipment and tools used in hardscape installations
- Ensure that installations meet safety standards and comply with local codes
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project timelines are met
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hardscape installation
- Experience operating heavy machinery
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to hardscape installations
- Ability to read and interpret design specifications
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and operate equipment for extended periods
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

**Salary**: $28.00-$32.50 per hour
