**Your Opportunity**

The purpose of this role is to work as part of a team having responsibility for running a machine or assembling an entire product or component of a product. Team Lead can perform all tasks conducted by the team in the production line/ assembly process and or rotate through all or most of them. The Team Lead will be certified in at least 2 processes and be able to operate a machine.

**What you will do**
- Maintain and promote organizational culture and values with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners, and regulatory/official bodies based upon the vision developed by our company
- Assist in working with new employees to ensure they achieve good quality and productivity levels
- Continuously develop skills in all the tasks required in a particular process
- Ensure the area you oversee is clean and kept in an orderly fashion at all times
- Adhere to our Company policies, including health and safety policies
- Strive for continuous learning and develop knowledge, techniques, and skills relevant to your position
- Assign or delegate tasks and responsibilities to your direct reporting staff in a coordinated fashion and in accordance with their individual job descriptions, and then motivate and lead them to perform well individually, as a team, and as an inspired Company employee
- Constantly look for opportunities to improve our processes and procedures and enhance our communications and the quality of our products, customer service and our life at work
- Demonstrate equipment operations, work procedures, and health and safety procedures to new team members
- Develop and implement corrective, preventative and improvement plans as required to meet or exceed the objectives for the organization and/or your department
- Inspect physical conditions of your department's facilities and equipment, and order maintenance, repair, or replacement as necessary
- Interpret specifications, drawings, work orders, and Company policies and procedures for team members
- Manage your department in accordance with Minus Forty QBD Quality Assurance Policy and Operating Policies and Procedures
- Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, promotions and terminations or warning notices
- Review, coordinate and make recommendations for the tools and equipment requirements for your department
- Understand the basics of how a refrigerator operates and how it is assembled

**What you have to offer**
- High School/G.E. D an asset.
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
- Ability to speak either in Punjabi/Hindi/Spanish/Mandarin/Russian is an asset
- Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions
- Self-driven, results orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and meeting schedules and deadlines. Reliable, tolerant, and determined. Has a “Can do” attitude
- Able to communicate and work with all team members
- Ability & experienced to use power tools, strong mechanical aptitude
- Able to read measuring tape - Imperial
- Forklift license an asset
- Ability to carry up to 50lbs
