**Position**:
Louis Vuitton is seeking a high caliber, operationally sound, and commercially minded Operations Specialist to join its team in our Short Hills location. As an Operations Specialist, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. You will assist the Operations Manager in operational functions, proactively encourage the achievement of operational objectives and ensure that the highest level of Client experience is delivered through strong operational support. You will represent the Brand values and demonstrate the Louis Vuitton attitudes towards Clients and team members.

**Profile**:
In this role you will support training on all operational procedures and communication systems, as well as build a positive work environment by encouraging collaboration within the team and managers. Additionally, this role will ensure the highest standards in preparing and packaging client merchandise and leading all aspects of the client delivery process; inclusive of communication, troubleshooting and delivery support. As an Operations Specialist, you will ensure business opportunities are improved through efficient sales floor management. In partnership with the Client Care team members, you will facilitate flow of repairs to ensure the aftersales critical metrics are achieved. With your operational expertise, you will support inventory and the shipping/receiving lifecycle in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized fashion. In addition, you will serve as point person to guide and train store teams on the process and company compliance directives. In collaboration with management, you will assist with the maintenance of the store facility, ensure organization of all back of house areas and act as on-site technological support. Essential responsibilities of the Operations Specialist include: - Service Excellence - Optional: Selling and Floor Management - Store Facility and Systems - Inventory Support - Financial - Policies and Procedures - Client Care (& Alterations when applicable)
