**Do you have what it takes?**
- Previous reception, front-of-house or concierge experience
- Proficiency in Windows Office and data entry
- Retail Experience (beneficial)
- Outstanding communication and client rapport (required)
- Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance
- Strong Administrative skills
- Outgoing and welcoming personality
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
- Must be able to work all Saturdays*

**Responsibilities**:

- Are the welcoming face of the clinic
- Provide five-star holistic, ethical, and integral care to our dedicated patients
- Maintain service and retail knowledge and provide clients with valuable recommendations and education
- Manage the patient registration process, loyalty programs, and Patient management system.
- Maintain patient flow and wait for room management.
- Effect the use of a variety of communication platforms and software.
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
- Allow for a flexible schedule to accommodate patient and clinic needs
- Possess the eagerness to build and grow a business
- Participate in promotional and educational events
- Taking the initiative to ensure the clinic is always looking its best

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-30 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abbotsford, BC V2S 3N5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
