Prepper/labourer

Skyway provides comprehensive planning, design, project management, material, equipment, and labour for the delivery of Access Scaffolding, Insulation & Abatement, Fireproofing & Painting, Rope Access & Technical services, as well as specialized swing-stage, shoring, safety fence and other construction products for the commercial and industrial construction & maintenance industry in Canada.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare substrate for paint; using hand tools, grinding, sanding, masking,
- Solvent wiping of steel
- Helping load in and out using overhead crane
- Daily cleaning and routine shop maintenance.
- Operate tools and equipment in a safe manner and maintains tools in proper state of repair.
- Assist team in other areas as assigned.
- Must be reliable and punctual

**Requirements**:

- CSTS-2020
- WHMIS 2015
- First Aid is an asset
- Zoom Boom and overhead crane experience is an asset
- Physically fit, able to do repetitive motions, bending, kneeling, stretching, pushing, pulling, etc.
- Organized and detail oriented with the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Positive attitude and able to stay on task
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work collaboratively with others
- Ability to speak and write in the English language
