**Description du poste**
- S'assurer que tous les chargements sont chargés, déchargés et sécurisés correctement ;
- Communiquer régulièrement avec le dispatching concernant les mises à jour ou les changements de planning ;
- Mettre à jour les carnets de bord si nécessaire ;
- Il est responsable de l'excellence du service à la clientèle sur les chantiers ;
- Signaler tout dommage au responsable ;
- Préparer les livraisons du lendemain ; faire le plein du camion, le laver si nécessaire et charger l'équipement.

**Qualifications clés**
- Capacité à assurer d'excellentes relations avec les clients tout en gardant une attitude positive dans un environnement de travail au rythme rapide ;
- Connaissance des équipements de construction et des produits de construction ;
- Connaissance et expérience préalable de l'arrimage et de la sécurisation de tous les types de charges, ainsi que de tous les aspects des pratiques de conduite sûres ;
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et affinité avec la gestion du temps et l'organisation ;
- Bonne communication et sens des relations humaines ;
- Permis de conduire de classe G, avec un dossier de conduite vierge.

**Qualifications supplémentaires**
- Des aptitudes techniques en matière d'équipements et d'opérations CAT seraient considérées comme un atout ;

Our **Gatineau** location is a fast-paced and team-oriented facility that places a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. Our driver positions are our direct link between our staff and our on-site customers, and are a key requirement in maintaining and developing success relationships with these customers.
- Ensure all loads are loaded, unloaded and secured properly;
- Communicate regularly with dispatch regarding any updates or changes in scheduling;
- Update log books as needed;
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service when on job sites;
- Report any and all damages to the manager;
- Prepare for following day deliveries; fuel truck, wash if needed, and load equipment.

**Key Qualifications**
- The ability to provide excellent customer relations while keeping a positive attitude in a fast-paced, high-tempo work environment;
- Existing knowledge of construction equipment and building products;
- Familiarity and prior experience with tying and securing all types of loads, as well as all aspects of safe driving practices;
- Ability to work independently and affinity with time management and organization;
- Good communication and people skills;
- Class-G licensing, with a clean driver’s abstract.

**Additional Qualifications**
- Technical aptitude of CAT equipment and operations would be considered an asset;
- Applicant must be able to perform heavy lifting, as heavy lifting will be required frequently.
