Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Driller/locator to join our team. As a Driller, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining drilling equipment to excavate and prepare sites for construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform drilling operations using various equipment, such as mini ex, horizontal drilling machines
- Dig and prepare holes for construction projects, including utility lines, and roadways
- Operate and maintain drilling equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate drilling activities and ensure project timelines are met
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to drilling operations

**Skills**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Proficiency in operating various heavy machinery, including loaders, backhoes, graders, and bulldozers
- Commercial driving experience and valid driver's license
- Experience with horizontal drilling techniques is preferred
- Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment is a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

**Salary**: $20.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
