As a ServiceNow IT solutions tech lead, you support IT efficiency. Your experience, expertise, knowledge and ability to take relevant initiatives and anticipate technical issues will make you a key player in the IT and operational efficiency of our solutions. You analyze, design, configure, develop, maintain and upgrade software based on the organization's needs. You are responsible for the quality and security of coded solutions.

You help solve highly complex problems using your analytical skills and comprehensive, detailed understanding of your line of business and the organization. Coordination is critical. You interact with many stakeholders working in a wide range of fields.

You lead and serve as a systems specialist for your unit, clients and practitioners.

General Information on the Position

Main responsibilities- Advise teams on using technology to develop resilient solutions- Develop complex execution strategies, and analyze, design and document business products and solutions- Analyze, follow up on and resolve complex systems problems during major incidents- Write procedures, guidelines and development methods. Help develop documentation and prepare and deliver training for peers and users- Cocreate with business partners and architects to get a complete understanding of business intentions and objectives and standardize solutions accordingly- Ensure developers' skills development through coaching and mentoring and by assisting the team manager in developing a training plan- Identify system optimization opportunities and underlying impacts of changes. Analyze, diagnose, follow up on and resolve highly complex operational and conceptual problems during major incidentsOther working conditions- Workplace : Position located in Lévis or Montreal, depending on the applicant selected. The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work #LI-Hybrid- Number of jobs available : 2

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field- A minimum of six years of relevant experience- Experience as a tech lead or senior programmer analyst- Experience with ServiceNow, specifically the CSM module (an asset)
