**Responsibilities**:
IT system upgrades and projects implemented under the direction of senior technicians.
Assembling, maintaining, and configuring hardware and software components

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide IT support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Install and maintain computer hardware and peripherals
- Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution to technical issues
- Assist with computer networking tasks, including setting up VPN connections
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base for future reference
- Utilize ServiceNow or similar ticketing system to track and manage IT requests

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in IT support or desktop support role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols
- Familiarity with common operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, and Linux
- Proficiency in troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

**Salary**: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
