**Une journée typique?**
- Établir et maintenir des relations avec des fournisseurs stratégiques situés dans le monde entier, d'un point de vue commercial et contractuel.
- Développer de nouvelles sources d'approvisionnement et établir des alliances stratégiques.
- Élaborer des stratégies commerciales de négociation.
- Diriger et participer au développement des produits de base en gérant des projets comprenant la préparation d'analyses de rentabilité.
- Diriger, développer et exécuter la stratégie relative aux produits de base et fournir à la direction générale l'état d'avancement des projets et des négociations.
- Identifier, analyser et réaliser des opportunités de réduction des coûts
- Créer et entretenir des réseaux formels en interne et en externe.
- Servir d'interface unique avec les fournisseurs pour les nouvelles affaires.
- Soutenir les sites et/ou les unités opérationnelles avec des stratégies d'approvisionnement appropriées.
- Coordonner et diriger les négociations avec les fournisseurs en cas de réclamations liées à des problèmes de production dans les unités opérationnelles.
- Diriger les négociations contractuelles avec les fournisseurs.
- Veiller à ce que les contrats soient maintenus conformément à nos exigences commerciales.
- Soutenir les autres agents de la chaîne d'approvisionnement dans leurs négociations contractuelles, les accords commerciaux et les négociations sur les changements de produits, ainsi que les amendements aux contrats ;
- Participer à la gouvernance des initiatives de réduction des coûts et veiller à ce que les projets se concrétisent.

- Développer et encadrer les membres de l'équipe en ce qui concerne les initiatives et les processus d'approvisionnement.
- Soutenir le gestionnaire des produits de base dans le processus de plan de développement des performances

**Qualifications**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d'un baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en droit, en chaîne d'approvisionnement ou équivalent.
- Vous avez cinq (5) à dix (10) ans d'expérience pertinente.
- Une expérience dans l'industrie aérospatiale et/ou dans un environnement de fabrication et/ou dans la gestion de programmes, dans un rôle commercial, est un atout.
- Vous avez d'excellentes aptitudes à la négociation et une expérience de la gestion de projets.
- Vous avez le souci du détail, vous êtes concentré et vous vous engagez à respecter les délais.
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe, vous êtes reconnu pour votre leadership et votre sens de l'innovation, ainsi que pour votre capacité à mobiliser une équipe.
- Vous avez une grande maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (à l'écrit et à l'oral) et vous êtes un bon communicateur.
- Vous avez de solides compétences en matière de gestion opérationnelle et financière.
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec des sujets techniques complexes et avez une connaissance de la terminologie juridique ou de l'interprétation des contrats.
- Vous êtes familiarisé avec la logistique d'achat en flux tendu, la chaîne d'approvisionnement intégrée et les concepts de production allégée.
- Vous pouvez travailler avec MS Project, Word, Excel, Power Point et MS Outlook.
- Contrats (capacité à rédiger, lire et interpréter)
- RFP (capable d'effectuer des appels d'offres)
- Négociations (capable de négocier des contrats et des prix)
- Réclamations (capacité à négocier des réclamations, un atout)
- Connaissance de la maintenance et de la réparation
- Connaissance des équipementiers d'outillage et de machines et de leur fonctionnement
