RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development and adaptation of courses (online, flex (comodal), blended, or face-to-face);
- Collaborate with LCI Education's information technology team and teaching teams in the assessment of needs and the implementation of educational technologies;
- Coordinate resources, files, digital pedagogical or pedagogical projects, activities or teacher training programs;
- Contribute to the resolution of digital pedagogical and pedagogical problems;
- Provide or promote pedagogical development for teachers;
- Contribute or develop and update pedagogical materials, institutional documents, learning assessment tools and pedagogical templates;
- Support team leaders in the selection process for new teachers;
- Contribute to the development, implementation, evaluation, updating, harmonization and development of curricula;
- Perform compliance analysis of lesson plans, activity schedules and evaluations;
- All other tasks related to his/her duties.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Undergraduate or graduate degree in education, pedagogy, educational technology or related field;
- 2-3 years of experience in training, teaching or similar functions;
- Knowledge of the higher education environment;
- Good command of French and English, both oral and written;
- Ability to act on several projects or files simultaneously;
- Be able to interpret data (data on student success and program quality).

This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and partners on a national and global scale. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.
