Responsibilities:

- Conduct swim lessons for students of various ages and skill levels
- Create and implement lesson plans that focus on water safety, stroke development, and overall swimming technique
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students
- Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress

**Skills**:

- Experience working with children, preferably in a teaching or coaching capacity
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety
- Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate skills to students
- Patience and the ability to work with students of different ages and skill levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and their parents/guardians

Note: While experience in childcare, karate, physical education, basketball, behavior management, climbing, martial arts, judo, or cheerleading may be beneficial, it is not required for this position. The focus is primarily on swimming instruction.

We are also looking to hire instructors who can handle, the following:

- 12 hours a week starting at 25.00$ / hour + 5$ additional per hour if customer service is maintained at a world-class standard + compensation/month (profit sharing) of social media management.**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week
