**Job Summary**:
The Manager, Assisted Living Services (ALS) and High Intensity Support at Home (HISH) programs is responsible for the implementation and program management of the ALS and HISH programs. She/he is responsible for the Accreditation process and for OWCS’ privacy compliance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for performance and services delivered by assigned care coordinators, PSWs and scheduling team members
- Researches existing policies for assigned programs to ensure compliance with all program regulation and requirements
- Creates and maintains a functional infrastructure for all programs
- Ensures programs operate within and comply with all Federal and Provincial statutes
- Coordinates and monitors the day-to-day administration of the assigned programs
- Reviews the components of each program model and establishes annual work plans based on available resources
- Manages the accreditation process for the organization
- Manages the organization's privacy initiatives to ensure compliance to privacy policies and procedures as well as governing provincial and federal legislation
- Conducts regularly scheduled audits of the organization's services, systems and computer networks to ensure compliance to privacy and data security accountabilities, promptly responding to and resolving detected offences with appropriate corrective action

**Qualifications**:
Degree in one of the following areas: Business, Health Services, Gerontology or other discipline deemed appropriate. Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario, would be an asset.

**Experience**:

- 2-5 years of experience in program management, supervising staff, and program coordination
- Managing program delivery and operations
- Overseeing community services
- Experience with accreditation
- Experience with and competence in management of a multi-faceted program and the financial processes that support it
- Experience in program planning, development and evaluation
- Ability to balance demands and priorities, and manage effectively

**Skills Required**:

- Comprehensive knowledge of community support and health services, community resources, and program planning
- Knowledge of administrative policies, procedures and budgeting
- High level of competency with Outlook and all Microsoft Office Suite software.
- Good knowledge of financial systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, bilingualism an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills

Pay: $75,075.00-$91,908.96 per year
