Main job duties involve performing spot repairs & refinishing of bathtubs, sinks, tiles and other surfaces. **Responsibilities**
- Review assigned work orders for accuracy
- Prioritize safety for customer and yourself
- Masking and taping work area for protection against overspray
- Perform refinishing services at various jobsites (commercial and residential).
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure quality assurance.
- Refinish a series of surfaces including but not limited to bathtubs, tile walls, tile floors etc
- Perform extensive repairs to the substrate to remove cracks, rust, chips, and other imperfections.
- Manage inventory of materials and equipment provided responsibly.
**Qualifications**
- 3 years prior experience required in the bathtub refinishing industry
- Strong communication and interaction skills required
- Excellent organizational skills required
- Regularly required to stand, walk, reach
- Possess and demonstrate good manual dexterity
- Vision abilities required include color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
