**ROLE PROFILE**:
**Position**: IT Identity & Access Administrator
**Reports to**: Senior Manager, Cyber Security, Support Services IT
**Location**: Hybrid Work Model - 3x a week at Markham, ON Head Office
**_Scope:_**_ The _**_IT Identity and Access Administrator _**_role demonstrates our commitment to the Team Member Experience by providing integral services and support to our communities and their teams._
As an** IT Identity and Access Administrator **your typical day will impact in the following ways:
- Completing assigned identity & access service requests for on-boarding, changes and off-boarding according the policies & procedures for Active Directory, Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive), Files and folders - files server and SharePoint, Phone system, Yardi, UltiPro, Point Click Care, Maintenance Care, Concur,, Other Business Systems.
- Having complete ownership for the data quality in Active Directory, Office 365 including things like population of attributes, group naming and group membership; and be responsible for auditing active users, license type and license quantities / capacity planning.
- Acting as the change coordinator for AD and Office 365.
- In conjunction with the Procurement Department who places the orders; be responsible for vetting procurement requests and play a leadership or co-leadership role in managing IT vendors such as our Microsoft VAR, mobile phone provider, phone system provider, printer provider and desktop hardware provider.
- Acting as our asset manager inventorying, tracking both hardware and software; working with other people on the team as needed to obtain reports etc.
**Must haves**:
- Degree or Diploma in a Computer Related Field from a University, College or Technical School.
- 3-5 years’ experience in the field of information technology as an Identity & Access Administrator or System Administrator or Senior Service Desk Analyst.
- Active Directory and Office 365 experience.
- ITIL knowledge or certifications.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle.
- Vulnerable Sector Screening.
**Bonus points for having**:
- A+, Network+ and Microsoft certifications are an asset.
