Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. As a Labourer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with construction and maintenance related to the swimming pool industry. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects
- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed
- Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Adhere to project timelines and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time
- Strong work ethic
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment, preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Note: This position may require standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects. The ability to work in various weather conditions is essential.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: $18.50-$20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Work Location: In person
