Yard Foreman/supervisor

As the Lumberyard foreman/delivery manager, primary job responsibility is to oversee the daily operations for the lumber yard, managing inventory and and managing the delivery operations of lumber and other building materials..

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Responsible for leading and supervising the yard team including drivers, yard workers, and students, ensuring their productivity and safety..
- Responsible for planning and scheduling routes, scheduling drivers and ensuring timely deliveries
- Inventory management - oversee the inventory of lumber and related materials. Ensuring accurate stock levels and proper organization.
- Equipment maintenance - you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing the yard equipment.
- Driver supervision - manage a team of drivers and providing guidance, assigning routes and monitoring their performance. Train all employees on safety regulations and responsibilities and monitor for performance.
- This is a hands-on position requiring proven strong leadership skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
