We are looking for a **Full-Time** Security Guard Shift Lead to work at one of our Healthcare site in **Winnipeg, MB.** As a security guard Shift Lead in the Healthcare sector, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of workers for some of the biggest brands out there

**What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do ?**:

- Required to lead site security officers during the shift
- Maintenance and upkeep of the daily security officer schedule
- Responsible for ensuring post orders are maintained, updated and followed by all security officers
- Issuing and managing Access cards
- Ensure guards are efficiently using G-track during their Patrols
- CCTV Monitoring
- Maintain a safe and secure environment
- Direct liaison with site client on a daily basis
- Responding to Fire Alarm/Emergency Situations
- Complete daily reports and incident reports
- Provide excellent customer service
- Desk Duties
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications to be become Security Guard in Winnipeg ?**:

- Valid Permanent Manitoba Security Guard license
- Fluent in English, both written and orally
- Leadership experience ( Asset)
- Must be able to work night shifts
- High school education or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills
