**About the Company**:
Terra Archaeology Limited (Terra) is a mid-size professional archaeological services company that operates throughout British Columbia. Terra has a diverse and growing client base including indigenous communities, federal and provincial government agencies, private sector corporations, and private landowners.

**About the Position**:
Terra is seeking a highly organized, flexible, and focused individual to join our team in a full-time capacity at either our **Victoria** or **Richmond** offices. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Hybrid work will be an option.

**Responsibilities may include, but not be limited to**:

- Manage and convert data from clients including georeferencing
- Prepare maps and spatial data for archaeological fieldwork
- Editing and/or creating figures and detailed site maps for reporting purposes
- Graphic production for artifacts and wall profiles

Duties associated with this position will adjust to meet evolving demands within the company. Confidentiality, diplomacy, and tact are critical, as is the ability to consistently meet deadlines

**Skill and Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate degree or technical diploma in GIS
- Proficient with Esri software (ArcGIS or ArcGIS Pro)
- Knowledge of vector-based graphics software like CorelDRAW
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of various data collection tools and their corresponding data outputs
- Ability to behave in a professional and politically sensitive manner

**An asset, but not required**:

- Experience with QGIS
- Knowledge of CAD software
- Knowledge of SQL and databases
- Knowledge of photogrammetry software
