We're looking for a **Product Owner** to join our close-knit engineering team. The ideal person is a motivated and results-driven individual who is looking to join an early stage technology company and help us drive digital marketing technology growth and innovation.

**As a Product Owner at OneLocal**:

- You'll be liaising with internal and external business stakeholders and users to collect, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements related to OneLocal's platform and processes
- You'll be examining existing business processes, spotting inconsistencies, and suggesting platform-based OneLocal solutions for improving efficiency, decreasing manual work, and streamlining processes
- You'll collaborate with OneLocal's stakeholders and merchants to convert business needs into functional specifications, ensuring synchronization with OneLocal's platform practices and guidelines
- You'll be partnering with our QA team to create thorough test plans, scenarios, and scripts, as well as performing testing activities to verify the precision, dependability, and usability of OneLocal's solutions
- You'll be generating change management strategies and schemes to guarantee a seamless shift to new or upgraded OneLocal features and offer end-user training and support during the change process
- You'll be working closely with key stakeholders, including engineering teams, OneLocal clients, and external suppliers, to foster efficient communication, cooperation, and knowledge exchange
- You'll be staying up-to-date with the most recent platform trends, digital marketing technologies, and industry best practices. You'll be identifying opportunities for system enhancement, automation, and improved user experience
- You'll be creating and updating accurate documentation, which includes business process workflows, functional specifications, user guides, and training materials, all specific to OneLocal's platform

**What You Bring**
- Relevant degree or familiarity with product management best practices
- 3-5 years of experience in a platform-focused Business Analyst role translating and communicating requirements to developers
- Ability to size and prioritize product development sprints, within the context of a broader product roadmap
- Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities and work in a challenging fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders including software users, developers, QA specialists, UX/UI specialists, customer success, and sales team members
- Attention to detail
- Ability to develop leadership and demonstrate initiative
- Capacity to make decisions and push forward with incomplete information
- CSPO equivalent designation and UX experience is an asset
