Cleantech Service Group is based in Richmond and provides cleaning and maintenance services to commercial establishments and strata buildings throughout the Lower Mainland. **JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day (6:30am-2:30pm)**

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Litter pick sidewalks, entries, stairs, and driveway ramp of any non-organic debris
- Clean and disinfect high contact touch points such as light switches and door handles
- Elevator cleaning, including tracks and panels
- Washroom cleaning
- Damp mop hard surfaced flooring
- Vacuum hallways, stairwells, and elevator floors
- Empty waste receptacles and replace with clean liners
- Keep garbage room tidy

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Cleaning experience is preferable
- Organized and reliable
- Effective verbal communication in English
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to deal with residents in a positive and professional manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
