LPC Construction is a high end renovation and remodeling company who pride ourselves on our attention to detail, and creating a comfortable experience for our clients. We’re looking to hire a full time carpenter / remodeler to take over managing some of our jobs in Toronto. We're in the High Park / Junction area, with sites mostly in the west end.

**Job Details**:

- Hours are 8:00-4:00 Monday-Friday, with very occasional longer days when the project demands it, but no weekend work.
- Since most of our projects are small to mid-sized renovations, with only a few guys on site, your duties will include a lot of hands on work alongside client relations, project planning, and managing the team. You’ll need to be comfortable with things like scheduling sub-trades, and talking through design changes with clients. Site work could include anything you might expect from a residential renovation. We don’t expect you to have experience in everything, but the ability to learn new skills and think on your feet will be important.
- Pay is negotiable but competitive. It depends on the skills and the tools you can bring to the job, and includes a comprehensive benefits package after the probation period.

**Requirements**:

- A driver’s license and your own vehicle
- Your own tools, at least a basic set but more is better
- Three years of experience in residential construction, ideally with experience managing teams and handling client relations. We’re looking for someone with a good eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate, coordinate, and plan.
- Good people skills. Our clients often live on-site throughout the renovation, and being able to answer their questions, keep them informed, and just generally put them at ease goes a long way.
