**Job description**

As a registered Psychotherapist at our Clinic, you will rely on your training and experience with working with children, teens, and adults. Mood/anxiety-related disorders and the assessment and treatment of trauma to really make a difference in the lives of our clients.

Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day
- Provide psychotherapeutic assessment and treatment to individuals and family members presenting with a wide range of mental health symptoms and disorders
- Be responsible for working effectively and collaboratively with your supervisor on Clinic. to provide concurrent treatment that supports clients getting back to their normal living activities and daily functioning (including return to work)
- Provide detailed written reports and verbal updates of treatment progress to health funders including insurance adjusters, rehabilitation consultants, and disability managers
- Form and establish a therapeutic relationships with clients and their families
- Utilize effective and clear communication skills
- Provide sound clinical acumen and ethical judgment
- Make appropriate and effective use of self in clinical treatment

What you need to be successful
- A minimum of 1 years of clinical experience as a Psychotherapist
- Registration in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario or (Q)
- A Master’s degree in counselling or a psychology-related discipline
- Be experienced in the assessment and treatment of a wide-range of mental health symptoms
- Have clinical knowledge in the area of trauma, grief/loss, depression, anxiety and addictions. Play therapy training is a plus.
- Have high familiarity in delivering a variety of different clinical modalities
- Be comfortable in collaborating and communicating within an interdisciplinary team

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: $30.00-$70.00 per hour
