Our client is looking for a **Landscape Supervisor, **who would be responsible for supervising the landscape and snow removal crews. This includes leading, managing, training and mentoring crew members in a positive and professional manner to develop a unified team focused on successful project outcomes. It also includes taking full ownership of landscape and snow maintenance work to ensure work is completed efficiently, budgets are monitored, profit goals are achieved, and customers are satisfied.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, schedule and coordinate daily activities of employees
- Inspection of employee vehicles and ensure they are maintained and in good working condition.
- Recruitment and selection of new employees
- Monitor work in progress to ensure completion.
- Schedule and coordinate project needs for all phases.
- Provide leadership over Health and Safety initiatives such as the H&S meetings, Incident reports, Accident reporting
- Ownership of 24/7 on-call availability for emergencies.

**Required Qualifications**:

- A minimum of three (3) years experience in previous leadership role in same or similar industry
- Outstanding human performance skills with a proven ability to develop cohesive teams, challenge individuals, hold people accountable and deliver results, thrives on courageous conversations and relationship building.
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Effective time management skills.

- Valid G driver’s license and insurable.
- Previous experience operating a trailer, mowers, blowers, hedgers, trimmers and snow removal equipment and salting.
- Experience operating skid steer, mini excavator considered an asset
- Able to lift 80 pounds.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Landscape maintenance: 3 years (required)
- Leadership: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
