What you’ll be doing:_**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**_
Staff Onboarding & IT Setup_**
- Set up laptops and workstations for new employees.
- Assist in the onboarding process by ensuring all IT systems and software are properly configured.
- Provide introductory IT training for new staff.

**_
Network & Infrastructure Management_**
- Oversee and maintain network devices such as switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Ensure reliable network connectivity and troubleshoot network-related issues.
- Monitor and manage IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.

Hardware & Software Support_**
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 hardware and software issues for staff.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs or escalated technical support when needed.
- Administer and support user accounts and permissions across various platforms.

IT Inventory Management_**
- Own and manage IT hardware and software inventory.
- Track and maintain accurate records of IT assets including laptops, desktops, and network devices.

Cybersecurity Oversight_**
- Ensure the organization adheres to cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- Monitor, update, and implement cybersecurity programs to protect the company’s IT systems.
- Conduct regular security checks and ensure antivirus and security protocols are up to date.

Corporate Cellphone Plan Management_**
- Oversee and manage the company’s corporate cellphone plan, ensuring proper allocation and usage of devices.
- Troubleshoot issues related to mobile devices and service plans.
- Ensure appropriate plans are in place and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Innovation & IT Improvement_**
- Proactively identify areas to strengthen the company’s IT footprint and security measures.
- Think outside the box to bring fresh ideas and new solutions to existing challenges.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance network performance, security, and IT efficiency.

Who you are:_**
- Proven experience in IT coordination, network administration, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of network management (switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi hubs).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity programs and best practices.
- Ability to manage and maintain IT inventories.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Azure certification is a nice to have.

Additional Skills:_**
- Experience with onboarding processes and training for new hires.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with software licensing, asset management, and IT procurement.
- Experience managing corporate cellphone plans is a plus.
- Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
