**Estimator/Project Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with potential and existing customers
- Prepare and submit quotations to customers
- Ensure that all customers’ needs are responded to in an efficient, accurate and professional manner
- Follow up with customers after project completion to ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities, while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Attend industry luncheons, trade shows, and events to accumulate new leads

**Qualifications**
- Customer focused, with strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
- Must have excellent computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong ability to make decisions
- Self-motivated and goal driven, and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must love working outdoors
- Experience in construction or landscaping would be a definite asset

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
