**Front Desk Administrator**
**Mission for the Role**:
To provide exceptional customer service that creates an atmosphere of attentiveness and belonging for all that is also clean, bright and well maintained, in addition to completing all aspects of customer related administration.
*Must be available Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.
**Position Entails**:
1) Provide 100% complete and error free administration
2) Answering questions, answering phones, responding to texts
3) Open the front desk
4) Follow up contact with all inquiries within 24 hours
5) Keeping the gym and equipment clean
6) Engaging with members
7) Selling memberships and personal training
8) Selling product
9) Providing tours and orientations
**Core Competencies**
1) **Learns Quickly** - To have the ability to learn new tasks in a reasonable amount of time and without repeated reminders and refreshers.
2) **Self Motivated - **To have the ability to complete the tasks they are responsible for without supervision, but at the same time being aware that if something needs attention right away, they would take the initiative to address the requirement right away.
3) **Work Ethic - **Has no objection to hard work, be it physical or mental, not constantly looking for a break.
4) **Loyal - **Willing to commit to a long term working relationship not only to improve upon their position and pay grade and to be, at every opportunity an advocate of our company.

**Bonus Skills**
1) Has experience in the health and fitness field
2) Familiar with gym settings
3) Has basic knowledge of fitness and nutrition
4) Experience using various social media platforms
5) Experience with sales and marketing
