Most weekends are spent doing maintenance and upkeep. Almost Pro Cabin Care allows you to enjoy your weekends rather than spending hours doing work. APCC covers a number of your cabin’s needs: from painting + staining, yard clean-up + tree removal, to material hauling - on the road or barging on the water.

We are here to take the load off of your hands, so you can spend your time enjoying the lake. We will work around the clock till you are satisfied with a job well done — finishing your projects with handshakes and not headaches.

**Project Technician**
**(Lake Of The Woods, Ontario)**

For the last 5 years, we have provided maintenance, upkeep & delivery services to the Lake of the Woods and surrounding community. We are an adaptable team that prioritizes our customer’s needs - that’s taking pride in preserving their special cabin space and sanctuaries. We offer painting, staining, yard clean-up, tree removal, demolition, material hauling & delivery - on the road or on the water. We do the work so our customers can enjoy their valuable time at the cabin.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform painting/staining, pressure washing, tree and brush removal, window cleaning, hauling material, yard clean up, demolition, and carpentry tasks as assigned
- Assist with project planning, organization, and execution
- Operate equipment and tools safely and eectively
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project success
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in cabin care services or specialize in hands-on work
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety protocols

**Desired Traits**:

- Reside or able to travel to job sites in Lake of the Woods area
- Experience in hands-on work, able to safely and eectively use tools
- Responsible, dedicated, and able to meet quality standards

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 60 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
- Tips

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
