As the Photo Retoucher, you are responsible for assisting the E-commerce and Creative departments with photo processing, retouching, and other related creative projects.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**PHOTO RETOUCHING**
- Edit on model and off model garment photography;
- Edit and enhance images to achieve consistent and high-quality visuals.
- Ensure color accuracy, lighting, and composition of images align with brand guidelines.
- Retouch models, clothing, and accessories to present the products in the best possible light.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail to correct imperfections and maintain the brand's aesthetics.

**PHOTO ASSET MANAGEMENT**
- Organize and categorize the image library to ensure easy access and retrieval of assets.
- Collaborate with the creative team and ecom team to develop and enforce asset naming conventions.

**COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION**
- Work closely with photographers, stylists, and designers to understand their vision and requirements.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure images align with promotional campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
- Collaborate with the web development team and Ecommerce team to optimize images for online use, including e-commerce platforms and social media.
- Communicate effectively across departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of assets.

**QUALITY CONTROL**
- Conduct thorough quality checks on retouched images to guarantee they meet brand standards.
- Address feedback and make necessary adjustments based on art direction and creative briefs.
- Ensure consistent color profiles and formatting across various platforms and devices.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest photo retouching techniques, software, and industry trends.
- Suggest innovative ideas and improvements to enhance the visual impact of our brand.

Qualifications:

- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and other image editing software.
- Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and design principles.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a large volume of photo assets.
- Attention to detail and an eye for consistency and quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-departmentally.
- Creative mindset and a passion for fashion and visual storytelling.
- Perform other projects as assigned.
