- **Duties**_
- Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of window installation,
- Experience in removal of old windows and doors.
- preparation of the rough opening, peel and stick membrane, flashings, use and maintenance of tools ,
- Specializing in Renovation market, carpentry skills will an asset,
- A high degree of professionalism working with fellow employees and clients.

- **Qualifications**:_
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- Clean Driver's Abstract.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and carry windows and doors
- Must be comfortable working at heights.
- Must have a good attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fall protection, first aid, swing stage / boom-lift operator certificates will be an asset.
- **Scope of work to include but not limited to**:_

Ability to read and understand shop drawings, read blue prints,

Measure and mark guidelines to be used for window installation.

Proper care and maintenance of company vehicle, and tools.

Loading and unloading of windows and patio doors,

setup of scaffolding, ladders, drop sheets. Install, repair and service windows.

Trim work ,Interior / exterior caulking,
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to complete window installation
Inspect finished installations for quality and accuracy

Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times

Excellent PR skills, ability to communicate with the client, team player,

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 4:30 pm, but evenings, weekends, may be necessary.
