**Position Overview**: Seeking a proactive and self-motivated individual eager to dive into the dynamic environment of our startup, where initiative and drive are celebrated traits essential for success. As a Junior Data Analyst at crbnx, you will work closely with our data science team to support various data analysis initiatives. You will play a key role in collecting, processing, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that inform strategic client decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who is passionate about data analysis and eager to grow their skills in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Collection and Preparation**:

- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources.
- Perform data validation and ensure data integrity throughout the analysis process.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
- Utilize statistical techniques to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Collaborate with data scientist to develop and refine analytical models and algorithms.
- **Reporting and Visualization**:

- Create clear and concise reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Develop data visualizations using tools such as Power BI to effectively present insights.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives.
- Communicate analysis results and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve data analysis processes.
- **Continuous Learning and Development**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis.
- Seek opportunities to enhance technical skills through training, workshops, and self-study.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using Python and SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI) is a plus.
- Knowledge or experience in commercial real estate, decarbonization, and sustainability is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in work.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Pay: $20.73-$65.69 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
