Level 1 IT Specialist

We are seeking a Level 1 IT Specialist who places a strong emphasis on delivering support and service at the utmost professional standards while finding professional satisfaction in doing so.

**What you will do**:
- Coordinate the development and support of new features in the Company's medical record system.
- Provide technical support to team members by analyzing and troubleshooting issues.
- Coordinate with network engineers, system administrators to resolve end-user and client problems.
- Support team members requiring access to the Company’s hardware and services including network access, authentication systems, software and operating systems, desktop and VOIP phone access.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks and coordinate physical repairs of computer systems and peripherals.
- Order and deploy new hardware, software, networking, and security updates. Maintain equipment inventory, service contracts, warranties, and maintenance agreements.
- Design and maintain reports on inventory and incidents.
- Develop training materials and provide user training on software, hardware, and network systems.
**What you bring**:
- An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, or ITIL certification (minimum basic level).
- Be available and present in assigned clinic locations and available after hours, as required, for emergency response.
- Proven talent to effectively prioritize workflow and tasks.
- Experience using an electronic medical record (EMR) system, Office 365, and both Windows and macOS operating system environments.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
