- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and dimensions of the structure
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, steel, concrete, and other materials
- Build foundations, walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components
- Install windows, doors, cabinets, and other fixtures
- Repair or replace damaged or defective parts
- Inspect workpieces for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

- Proficient in blueprint reading to understand project requirements
- Ability to fabricate and build structures according to specifications
- Skilled in assembling various components to create finished products

Note: Carpentry skills such as measuring, cutting, shaping, and joining materials are assumed for this position.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail and precision. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements are also important.

**Salary**: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
